1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be in the same condition as received.
- Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or order number.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. How to Request a Return

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mirellova.com.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Photos of the packaging
After review and verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund
6. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size, or variation, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Cosmetics that have been opened or used
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

8. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.
9. Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
