Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within:

  • The Netherlands
  • The United Kingdom

At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or offshore territories outside standard mainland delivery areas.

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

There are no hidden shipping fees, handling charges, or additional delivery costs added at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time: 11:00 PM GMT (12:00 AM CET)

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Estimates

Netherlands

  • Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 Business Days

United Kingdom

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Transit Time: 4–6 Business Days
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, Mirellova will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

The preferred solution will be discussed with the customer whenever possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

Mirellova is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
